使用 xlszip（xlszip.com，下称「本服务」）即表示你同意以下条款。本服务由个人开发者在泰国运营，联系邮箱 [email protected]。

1. 服务内容

本服务提供在线 Excel 瘦身、修复、美化、公式优化、体检、解除保护、对比、外发清理、导出图片与格式转换。网页上的全部功能免费，没有付费版；你可以自愿打赏，打赏不解锁任何功能。

2. 你的文件与责任

• 你保证对上传的文件拥有合法的使用权，且内容不违反适用法律。
• 文件仍归你所有，我们只为完成你发起的处理而临时使用，详见隐私条款。
• 处理前请自行备份。我们会对结果做交叉验证，但无法保证对每一个文件都完全无误，请在使用结果前自行核对。
• 「解除保护」仅用于你有权访问的文件，例如忘记自己设置的密码。

3. 合理使用

不得：滥用接口或绕过限流、上传恶意文件、用本服务攻击或探测他人系统、利用本服务从事违法活动。违反时我们可以限制访问。

4. 打赏与 App 订阅

• 打赏完全自愿，通过微信支付、支付宝或 Creem（英文页面）完成，由对应的支付平台处理。
• iPhone、iPad 与 Mac 上的 xlszip App 的 Pro 订阅通过 Apple 的 App 内购买完成，按 Apple 的规则续费、取消与退款。
• 退款见退款政策。

5. 可用性与变更

本服务按「现状」提供，不保证不中断或无错误。我们可能调整功能与处理上限。

6. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接损失、数据丢失或利润损失，我们不承担责任；对任何直接损失的赔偿以你就该次服务实际支付的金额为限。

7. 适用法律与联系

本条款适用泰国法律。条款更新时会修改本页生效日期，继续使用即视为接受。问题请联系 [email protected]。

Terms of Service

By using xlszip (xlszip.com, "the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is run by an individual developer in Thailand; contact [email protected].

1. What the Service does

The Service slims, repairs, beautifies, optimizes, checks, unprotects, compares and cleans spreadsheets, exports their images and converts formats online. Every feature on the website is free; there is no paid plan. You may leave a voluntary tip, which unlocks nothing.

2. Your files and responsibility

• You confirm you have the right to use the files you upload and that they break no applicable law.
• The files stay yours. We use them only temporarily to do the processing you ask for; see the Privacy Policy.
• Back up before processing. Results are cross-checked, but we cannot guarantee that every file comes out perfect, so check results before relying on them.
• "Unprotect" is for files you are entitled to open, for example a password you set yourself and forgot.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API or bypass rate limits, upload malware, use the Service to attack or probe other systems, or use it for anything unlawful. If you do, we may restrict access.

4. Tips and the app subscription

• Tips are entirely voluntary and go through WeChat Pay, Alipay or Creem (on the English pages), each handled by that payment platform.
• Pro in the xlszip app for iPhone, iPad and Mac is bought through Apple's In-App Purchase; renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's rules.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features and processing limits.

6. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss or lost profit from using or being unable to use the Service. Our liability for direct loss is limited to what you paid for the service in question.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Updates change the effective date above; continued use means you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
