xlszip.com 网页上的工具全部免费，没有付费项目。下面说明打赏和 App 订阅的退款。

1. 打赏

打赏是自愿支持，不解锁任何功能，一般不退。误付、重复付款或金额输错的，请在 7 天内来信 [email protected]，附付款时间与金额（Creem 付款请附订单号），我们核实后在 7 个工作日内原路退回。

2. App 订阅

xlszip App 的 Pro 订阅由 Apple 收款，退款也由 Apple 按其规则处理，可在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。订阅可随时在系统设置的 Apple ID 订阅中取消，取消后到当前周期结束前仍可使用。

3. 拒付

Refund Policy

Every tool on xlszip.com is free, so there is nothing paid on the website. This page covers tips and the app subscription.

1. Tips

Tips are voluntary and unlock nothing, so they are normally not refunded. If you paid by mistake, paid twice or entered the wrong amount, email [email protected] within 7 days with the time and amount (and the order number for Creem payments). Once confirmed, we refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

2. App subscription

Pro in the xlszip app is charged by Apple, and Apple handles refunds under its own rules: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can cancel any time under your Apple ID subscriptions in Settings; Pro stays on until the end of the current period.

3. Chargebacks

If something went wrong please contact us first; we can usually fix it faster.
