xlszip（xlszip.com，下称「本服务」）提供在线 Excel 瘦身与损坏文件修复。你上传的是自己的工作簿，里面可能有业务数据，所以这里写清楚我们对文件做了什么、留多久、谁能看到。

1. 我们收集什么

• 你上传的文件：.xlsx / .xlsm / .xltx / .xltm，单个不超过 100 MB。
• 处理记录：任务编号、原始文件名、处理模式（瘦身 / 修复）、结果文件大小、创建与到期时间。
• 网络日志：服务器与 Cloudflare 按常规记录的访问日志（IP、时间、请求路径）。

本服务无需注册，不收集姓名、手机号等身份信息，不使用 Cookie，也不接入第三方统计或广告追踪。浏览器本地只存一项界面语言偏好（localStorage）。

2. 文件怎么用

文件只用于完成你发起的瘦身或修复：在服务器上解包、改写、重新打包并复核，全程由程序自动完成，无人工查看，不用于数据分析、模型训练或其他任何用途。

3. 保存多久

• 你上传的原始文件放在临时目录，处理结束即删除。
• 处理结果文件保留 30 天供你下载，到期自动删除；存储总量达到上限时，最早的文件会提前删除。
• 下载链接只含随机任务编号，拿到链接的人都能下载，请勿随意转发。

4. 共享与披露

我们不出售、不出租、不向第三方提供你的文件或处理记录。网站页面与网络传输经由 Cloudflare，页面字体从 Google Fonts 加载，它们按各自政策处理连接信息。法律法规另有要求的除外。

5. 安全

传输全程 HTTPS 加密；每个任务使用独立目录、在独立进程中处理。但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全——含身份证号、银行账号、未公开财务数据等高度敏感信息的文件请谨慎上传，或使用离线命令行版本在本机处理。

6. 你的权利

你可以随时来信要求提前删除某个任务的结果文件（请附下载链接或任务编号），我们会在 7 个工作日内处理。

7. 未成年人

本服务面向一般办公用户，不针对 14 周岁以下未成年人。

8. 条款变更与联系

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 23, 2026

xlszip (xlszip.com, "the Service") slims and repairs Excel workbooks online. Your workbook may hold business data, so here is exactly what happens to it.

1. What we collect

• The file you upload: .xlsx / .xlsm / .xltx / .xltm, up to 100 MB.
• Job record: job ID, original file name, mode (slim / repair), result size, creation and expiry time.
• Network logs: routine access logs kept by our server and Cloudflare (IP, time, path).

No account is required. We collect no name or phone number and use no cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Your browser stores only your interface language (localStorage).

2. How files are used

Only to perform the slimming or repair you request, fully automatically. Nobody looks at the content, and it is never used for analytics, model training or anything else.

3. Retention

• The uploaded original sits in a temporary folder and is deleted once processing ends.
• The result is kept for 30 days for download, then deleted automatically; if storage reaches its cap, the oldest files go first.
• Download links contain only a random job ID; anyone with the link can download, so do not pass it around.

4. Sharing

We never sell, rent or share your files or job records. Pages and traffic go through Cloudflare and fonts load from Google Fonts; they handle connection data under their own policies. Legal obligations excepted.

5. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS; each job gets its own folder and process. No transmission is perfectly safe, so think twice before uploading highly sensitive files, or use the offline command-line version.

6. Your rights

Email us the download link or job ID to have a result deleted early; we act within 7 business days.

7. Children

The Service is meant for general office use and is not directed at children under 14.
