xlszip（xlszip.com，下称「本服务」）提供在线 Excel 瘦身、损坏文件修复、美化、公式优化、体检、解除保护、对比、外发清理、导出图片、WPS 图片转换、格式转换、合并与拆分。你上传的是自己的工作簿，里面可能有业务数据，所以这里写清楚我们对文件做了什么、留多久、谁能看到。
1. 我们收集什么
- 你上传的文件：Excel 工作簿及 CSV / TXT / XLS 等表格文件，单个不超过 30 MB；「对比」一次上传两个文件，「合并」一次上传多个文件（合计不超过 30 MB）。
- 处理记录：任务编号、原始文件名、处理模式、结果文件大小、创建与到期时间。另有一条用量记录（不含文件名）：处理模式、成败、耗时、访客标识（IP 与当天日期的单向哈希，只能区分当天是否同一访客，无法还原 IP）和国家，用于了解各功能使用情况。
- 网络日志：服务器与 Cloudflare 按常规记录的访问日志（IP、时间、请求路径）。
- 访问统计：每次打开页面记一条（页面路径、国家、访客标识），不存 IP，用于统计访问量。选择的文件超过上限、页面没有上传时也记一次（只有时间、访客标识和国家，不含文件名、大小或内容），用于了解有多少人需要更大的上限。
- 打赏信息：打赏通过微信支付、支付宝或 Creem 完成，银行卡等支付信息只提交给支付平台，我们看不到也不保存；我们只能看到支付平台提供的付款时间、金额和付款人昵称或邮箱，仅用于对账和处理退款。
使用本服务无需注册。本服务不收集姓名、手机号等身份信息，不使用 Cookie，也不接入第三方统计或广告追踪。浏览器本地只存四样东西：界面语言偏好、你是否已同意本条款（localStorage），本次浏览是否已弹过赞赏提示（sessionStorage，关闭浏览器即清除），以及你从「体检」页带去其他工具的那个文件（IndexedDB，打开目标页面时取出即删除，不上传）。
2. 文件怎么用
文件只用于完成你发起的处理：在服务器上解包、改写、重新打包并复核，全程由程序自动完成，无人工查看，不用于数据分析、模型训练或其他任何用途。
瘦身、解除保护、外发清理、WPS 图片、美化、导出图片、合并、拆分页及 CSV / TXT 格式转换勾选「在浏览器本地处理」时，文件完全不上传：处理程序（编译成 WebAssembly 的处理引擎，从本站下载；其中一小段运行时由 jsDelivr CDN 提供）下载到你的浏览器里运行，jsDelivr 只能看到这次下载请求。处理结束时页面只回传一条匿名计数（工具、成败、文件大小、耗时，以及与上面相同的访客标识和国家），不含文件名和文件内容。处理失败时另带一句错误类别，其中引号里的文字和所有数字在你的浏览器里就已抹掉，用于排查修复，7 天后删除。
3. 保存多久
- 你上传的原始文件放在临时目录，处理结束即删除；「体检」只出报告，原件在报告生成后立即删除，不产出任何文件。
- 处理结果文件存在 Cloudflare R2 存储中供你下载，保留 7 天后自动删除。请在此期间下载。
- 处理失败时，原件会另存一份用于排查问题，7 天后自动删除；错误信息（不含文件内容）记入服务日志，7 天后自动删除。
- 下载链接只含随机任务编号，拿到链接的人都能下载，请勿随意转发。
4. 共享与披露
我们不出售、不出租、不向第三方提供你的文件或处理记录。网站页面、网络传输与文件处理都在 Cloudflare 上运行（处理服务器为 Cloudflare Containers，结果文件存于 Cloudflare R2），Cloudflare 按其政策处理连接信息；页面字体由本站自己提供，不从第三方加载。打赏由支付平台处理，其对支付信息的使用适用它自己的隐私政策。法律法规另有要求的除外。
5. 安全
传输全程 HTTPS 加密；每个任务使用独立目录、在独立进程中处理。但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全——含身份证号、银行账号、未公开财务数据等高度敏感信息的文件请谨慎上传，可以使用瘦身、解除保护、外发清理、WPS 图片、美化、导出图片、合并、拆分页及 CSV / TXT 格式转换的本地处理，或来信索取离线版本（[email protected]）在本机处理。
6. 你的权利
结果文件 7 天后即自动删除，无需申请删除；对你的数据有任何疑问或请求，请来信（附任务编号），我们会在 7 个工作日内答复。
7. 未成年人
本服务面向一般办公用户，不针对 14 周岁以下未成年人。

Privacy Policy
Effective: October 31, 2026
xlszip (xlszip.com, "the Service") slims, repairs, beautifies, optimizes, checks, unprotects, compares, cleans, converts, merges and splits spreadsheets and exports their images online. Your workbook may hold business data, so here is exactly what happens to it.
1. What we collect
- The files you upload: Excel workbooks and CSV / TXT / XLS and similar files, up to 30 MB each; Compare takes two at once, Merge takes several (up to 30 MB in total).
- Job record: job ID, original file name, mode, result size, creation and expiry time. A separate usage record (no file name) holds the mode, outcome, duration, a visitor ID (a one-way hash of IP and the date, which only tells whether two requests the same day came from the same visitor and cannot be reversed to the IP) and the country, to see which features are used.
- Network logs: routine access logs kept by our server and Cloudflare (IP, time, path).
- Visit counts: each page load records the page path, country and visitor ID (no IP), to count visits. When a file you pick is over the limit and the page does not upload it, that is counted once too (time, visitor ID and country only; no file name, size or content), to see how many people need a larger limit.
- Tips: tips go through WeChat Pay, Alipay or Creem. Card and other payment details go only to the payment platform; we never see or store them. We see only what the platform shows us (time, amount and the payer's nickname or email), used for bookkeeping and refunds.
No account is needed. We collect no name or phone number and use no cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Your browser stores only your interface language and whether you have accepted this policy (localStorage), whether the donation note has been shown during this visit (sessionStorage; cleared when the browser closes) and, when you move a file from the Check-up page to another tool, that file (IndexedDB; removed as soon as the other page picks it up, never uploaded).
2. How files are used
Only to perform the processing you request, fully automatically. Nobody looks at the content, and it is never used for analytics, model training or anything else.
With "process in this browser" ticked on the Slim, Unprotect, Clean for sharing, WPS images, Beautify, Export images, Merge or Split page (or a CSV / TXT conversion) nothing is uploaded: the processing engine (compiled to WebAssembly and served from this site, with a small runtime shim from the jsDelivr CDN) is downloaded and runs in your browser; jsDelivr only sees that download. When it finishes, the page sends back a single anonymous count (tool, outcome, file size, duration, plus the same visitor ID and country as above), never the file name or content. If processing fails it also sends the error type, with quoted text and all numbers removed in your browser first; it is used to fix the bug and deleted after 7 days.
3. Retention
- The uploaded original sits in a temporary folder and is deleted once processing ends. The Check-up produces a report only; the original is deleted as soon as the report is ready.
- Results are kept in Cloudflare R2 storage for download and deleted after 7 days. Download them within that time.
- If processing fails, a copy of the original is kept for troubleshooting and deleted after 7 days; the error message (no file content) goes into the service log, deleted after 7 days.
- Download links contain only a random job ID; anyone with the link can download, so do not pass it around.
4. Sharing
We never sell, rent or share your files or job records. Pages, traffic and processing all run on Cloudflare (the processing server is Cloudflare Containers; results are stored in Cloudflare R2), which handles connection data under its own policy; fonts are served by this site, not a third party. Tips are handled by the payment platform under its own privacy policy. Legal obligations excepted.
5. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS; each job gets its own folder and process. No transmission is perfectly safe, so think twice before uploading highly sensitive files: use in-browser processing on the Slim, Unprotect, Clean for sharing, WPS images, Beautify, Export images, Merge or Split page (or a CSV / TXT conversion), or email us for the offline version ([email protected]).
6. Your rights
Results are deleted after 7 days without any request. For any other question or request about your data, email us with the job ID; we reply within 7 business days.
7. Children
The Service is meant for general office use and is not directed at children under 14.
