xlszip App 隐私政策

本政策适用于 iPhone、iPad 与 Mac 上的 xlszip App（下称「本 App」），由个人开发者在泰国运营。网站 xlszip.com 的在线服务另有网站隐私条款，两者处理方式不同：网站把文件上传到服务器处理，本 App 默认不上传，只有你同意后才会把本机放不下的大文件上传到云端。

1. 你的文件默认只在本机处理

• 瘦身、体检、修复都由内置引擎在你的设备上完成，工作簿不会发送到我们或任何第三方的服务器。
• 唯一的例外见第 2 节：Pro 订阅用户处理一个本机内存放不下的大工作簿时，App 会先询问，你同意这一个文件，才会上传到云端处理；不同意就不上传。App 不需要账号或登录。
• 处理时，App 会把你选择的文件复制到自己沙盒里的临时目录，结果也先写在那里；你通过「分享」或「存储到…」保存结果。临时目录在你清除任务时删除，App 每次启动时也会整体清空。
• iOS 分享扩展与 macOS「服务」菜单入口同样只在本机处理。

2. 云端处理大文件（需要你同意）

本机内存放不下的工作簿，Pro 订阅用户可以选择上传到 xlszip 云端（api.xlszip.com）处理。App 每次都会先询问，只上传你同意的那一个文件：

• 文件通过 HTTPS 加密传输。云端开始处理时，原件即从云端存储中删除；处理结束后，服务器上的工作副本也随之删除。
• 处理结果保留 7 天，到期自动删除。期间知道下载链接的人都能下载，链接里是不可猜测的随机编号，请不要公开转发。
• 处理失败时，原件和错误信息会保留 7 天用于排查问题，之后自动删除。
• 为防止滥用，App 会把 Apple 签名的订阅凭证发给服务器，服务器核对它真实有效，并按订阅人的匿名哈希统计每天的处理个数；服务器收不到你的姓名、邮箱或 Apple ID。另记录文件大小、功能、耗时等用量，不含文件名，不能还原到个人。
• App 为此申请通知权限，用于任务完成时提醒你；不同意也能使用，打开 App 就能看到结果。

3. 我们不收集的数据

除第 2 节中你同意上传的文件外，本 App 不收集、不存储、不传输任何个人信息或使用数据：没有统计分析、没有广告、没有崩溃上报 SDK、没有跨 App 追踪。App Store 上的「App 隐私」标签据此只声明「其他用户内容」（用途：App 功能，不关联身份，不用于追踪）。

4. 保存在本机的设置

你在设置里选的选项（如修复模式、IFERROR 兜底值）只留在本机，不会离开你的设备。

5. 订阅与付款

Pro 订阅通过 Apple 的 App 内购买完成。付款信息、Apple ID 和订阅记录由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 隐私政策；我们收不到你的姓名、邮箱或付款方式。App 只向系统查询「当前是否有有效订阅」以开放 Pro 功能。订阅可随时在系统设置的 Apple ID 订阅中管理或取消。

6. 你联系我们时

如果你发邮件给我们，我们只用邮件里的信息回复你，不会用于其他目的或转交第三方。

7. 儿童

本 App 面向一般办公用途，不针对 14 岁以下儿童。

8. 变更与联系

xlszip App Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

This policy covers the xlszip app for iPhone, iPad and Mac (the "App"), operated by an individual developer in Thailand. The website xlszip.com has its own website privacy policy; the two work differently: the website uploads files to a server, the App does not by default and only sends a file too big for the device to the cloud if you agree.

1. Your files stay on your device by default

• Slimming, health checks and repairs run in a built-in engine on your device. Workbooks are not sent to our servers or anyone else's.
• The one exception is in section 2: when a Pro subscriber's workbook is too big for the device's memory, the App asks first and uploads that one file to the cloud only if you agree. The App needs no account or sign-in.
• While it works, the App copies the file you pick into a temporary folder inside its own sandbox and writes the result there; you keep the result with Share or Save to. The temporary folder is deleted when you clear a job, and emptied every time the App starts.
• The iOS share extension and the macOS Services menu entry also process files only on your device.

2. Processing big files in the cloud (with your consent)

If a workbook does not fit in the device's memory, a Pro subscriber can choose to upload it to the xlszip cloud (api.xlszip.com). The App asks every time and uploads only the file you agree to:

• The file travels over HTTPS. It is removed from cloud storage as soon as processing starts, and the server's working copy is deleted when processing ends.
• The result is kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. During that time anyone who has the download link can download it; the link holds an unguessable random number, so please do not share it publicly.
• If processing fails, the original and the error are kept for 7 days for troubleshooting, then deleted automatically.
• To prevent abuse, the App sends the server the subscription receipt signed by Apple; the server checks that it is genuine and counts files per day against an anonymous hash of the subscriber. The server receives no name, email or Apple ID. It also logs the file size, the tool and the duration, without file names and not traceable to a person.
• The App asks for notification permission to tell you when a job finishes. It works without it: open the App to see the result.

3. Data we do not collect

Apart from files you agree to upload under section 2, the App collects, stores and transmits no personal information or usage data: no analytics, no ads, no crash-reporting SDKs, no tracking across apps. Its App Privacy label on the App Store therefore declares only "Other User Content" (purpose: App Functionality, not linked to identity, not used for tracking).

4. Settings kept on your device

Options you choose in Settings (such as the repair mode or the IFERROR fallback) stay on your device and never leave it.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Pro is bought through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment details, your Apple ID and subscription records are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; we never receive your name, email or payment method. The App only asks the system whether an active subscription exists to unlock Pro. You can manage or cancel it any time under your Apple ID subscriptions in Settings.

6. When you contact us

If you email us, we use what you send only to reply, and never for anything else or share it.

7. Children

The App is meant for general office use and is not directed at children under 14.
